[native-lang] ask for translation

Hi all

@native-lang fellows : it makes long time i haven't disturbed you. In 
fact for years, at DicOOo time ;)

i created a small calc extension as the functionality seems to be 
requested by many users

show / hide all calc notes at once

It is actually translated into english and french
Only 2 sentences, so if you think it is valuable, you can send me 
(directly) the translation and your language code so that the menus will 
be translated in the extension in a next release

- Show all notes
- Hide all notes

for courageous, i also accept the translation of the small text on the 
extension website ;)

This extension shows and hides at once all the calc notes on sheet or 
inside a selection

It installs :
- a toolbar with 2 buttons Show/hide
- 2 entries in the Tools menu
