[native-lang] Review Project Leads

Hi,

as you know from the now closed call for nominations we are in a
next round of elections.

As we are going to elect "Product Development Representatives" and "Lang
Representatives" the constituencies are defined as "the accepted and
incubator" and "native lang and l10n" project leads (including co-leads
and category leads). To have the correct people voting, please verify
our current lists of project leads:

Please send information about incorrrect or missing information directly 
to me by the end of next week. Please also check the email addresses (as
these will be used to verify the vote). A list of the defined 
electorates - the people who are going to vote on the candidates - is
