[native-lang] Mini site complete ... in Spanish

I did some work of the spanish mini-site for the Software Freedom Day, feel
welcomed to localized it back to english or other languages.

Site includes:
- Abstract
- Goals
- Quotes
- Links

I am thinking on also adding a section that will list the local events
depending on relevance to the language region as well as material from OOo
members for SFD like slides or templates.
