Thanks Besnik,

I think the issue is that OOO has some funky license that is
incompatible with all know licenses and we need special permision
from all authors to use the translations.

On the other side, is the translations not a derived work from the
original and then we would need permissions from the English authors
as well as the translators, no?

this could get complicated.
