[native-lang] OOo Site Migration to start Monday Feb 21

Hi,

The review period mentioned in
http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=discuss&msgNo=67334
ended and helped to straighten out the migration process and prepare the 
environment.

The site migration is scheduled to start Monday Feb 21 and will take 4-5 
days. During this time the site is read-only and mails will be queued.
You will receive a message to activate your account as soon as the new 
site is ready.

In the meantime the staging site is still available and you may join us

Albeit we had successful migration trial runs and the staging 
environment works fine we are as curious as you how the production site 
will do in real life. So please bear with us should there be hiccups 
initially.
