Responding to the unsubscribe message from SYMPA

To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] from the email that you used to subscribe to the list.

There is a confirmation process when you unsubscribe from the [email protected] ML.

You will receive an email from [email protected] with a list of three different actions you can then use to complete the process.

If the email from [email protected] does not arrive then check your Spam filters or whitelist [email protected].

The email you will receive looks like this:
