PDF

Hello,
Im very sorry to have to write to you but i just dont know how to fix this.
 
You will see in the attachment a document i want to send using PDF, it is saved in coloums of 
four, but when i send it and open in acrobat reader the pictures are mixed up, by looking at the attachment im 
sure you will see what i mean.
 
How to i get this to arrive at its destination the same as i sent it?
