Alternatively look at Writer's Insert | Envelope, which provides a popup 
with a plethora of configuration options.

Make sure you know which way your printer needs them fed - IIRC printers 
vary somewhat, and can jam if the flap's in the wrong position.

BTW, a relevant subject would help others on the list provide answers.
