But if you want happy customers, you have to deal with the very newbies who wouldn't know a mailing list from an Arctic gale. Some people simply haven't the slightest clue about mail lists (or forums for that matter). Yet I agree it's a right royal pain having to answer the same questions over and over, and then yet again.
