Link Import Broken

I just upgraded to OO 3.3.0 and when opening a spreadsheet that contains 
a link to a CSV file, the old version would correctly parse datetimes 
and dollar fields to the correct types.

In this new version it's parsing everything to strings, making my 
spreadsheet useless, as I do a lot of calculations and crosstabs based 
on the data.

The top of the CSV looks like this

Date,Payment From,Payment to,Description,Amount
10/27/2011 1:08:03 AM,Eureka,Resident,Rental started,$1.00


In the old version, the dates in column A and the dollars in column E 
would come in as a date and as a number.
