Please check, if you have in the directory, where your presentation
is, also  a file with the same name, but ends in *.lck. If yes, just
delete this *.lck file. Those lock-files are created automatically, to
prevent two users to make changes to the same file. If for example
your computer crashes once, it might be, that this lock file doesn't
get deleted by OpenOffice.org and stays there.

Nothing really to worry about. Just delete this extra file.
