Hi Thorsten, I met same 1606 installation problem with 3.3RC4. I submitted the issue 115110 originally, and I repaired my win7 according to ms directions. I made no system changes, not installed any new program when I tried to install Now I tried to install RC4, the package unpackeged, and get same error 1606. I checked User Shell Folders settings in both places, and no changes. I tried Hu with JRE and en_US without, I get same error both version, on win7, home Hu version. I can not check md5sums for win the ftp://ftp5.gwdg.de/pub/openoffice/extended/3.3.0rc4/3.3.0rc4_md5sums.txt not contain win version.
