please add issue 116035 too.

Perhaps it was not really a stopper for You but fixing it with RC10 will
be easy (and without risk) and OpenOffice.org don't have to change the
system requirements on
http://www.openoffice.org/dev_docs/source/sys_reqs_30.html (removing
win2000).
