ok, but now there is a another datapilot (regression) issue:

Datapilot do not update after changes in selection from field
http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=116504

and a duplicate of my issue 116457:

No column headers appears in Datapilot dialog if any of column cells is empty
