TOC links in PDF

Hoi,

Ik heb een doc met een inhoudsopgave. Als ik daar PDF van maak dan
wijzen de inhoudsopgavelinks allemaal naar de eigen pagina (die waar
de inhoudsopgave op staat, en niet die waar het onderwerp op staat).
Kennelijk doe ik dus iets niet goed. Maar wat?
