Release Note: OTRS Windows Installer - otrs4win 2.0.0 beta3

The new OTRS 2.3. Windows Installer otrs4win 2.0.0 beta3
has been released.

During the beta release cycle, the current Windows Installer 
provided as a workaround (announced Oct. 15th 2008) will be still
available.

STABLE RELEASE:
===============

* planned to be published Dec 19th 2008

ENHANCEMENTS:
=============

* Added mechanism to refresh the windows desktop after the 
  installation / uninstallation.
* Added the CPAN module Apache::DBI to the StrawberryPerl
  installation.
* Added Web-Installer link to the startmenu.
* Switched licenses to RTF versions in order to improve their 
  readability.
* Added the apache service to the windows firewall exection 
  list.
* Added an icon to the OTRS services links in the start menu.

* Bug #3509 - Preinstalled CPAN module XML::Parser produced
              errors.

* Bug #3510 - Icons did not work properly with windows 2000 
              systems.

              to GenericAgent.pm.
