OTRS 1.2.3 (South Beach) Released

Hi,

we are proud to announce OTRS 1.2.3 (South Beach) today. 
This is the latest release of OTRS 1.2, and contains some 
fixes. For a complete list see below. 

The OTRS team strongly recommends all OTRS 1.x users upgrade 
to OTRS 1.2.3 with the new theme templates of this release. 
Due to the security/quoting bugs fixed in this release.
