OTRS 1.0.2 Released

The OTRS Team is pleased to announce the release of OTRS 1.0.2.
This is the latest release on the 1.0 branch and fixes some "small" 
bugs.

Changes:

    * fixed pic.pl download problem with IE
    * fixed html email download problem with IE
    * fixed http redirect problem with mod_perl2
    * fixed spell check config and quoting problem and
       added default dictionary selection to preferences
    * fixed some other small bugs
