today we released the rc1 version of the new OTRS Windows Installer 3.0.0. We want to take the opportunity to thank all users for their extensive testing in the previous beta phases. Now we would like to ask you once more to be part of the project and to keep on testing. 

Be part of it - Test it - Help improving it!

We greatly appreciate your help and your feedback.
