Position Requirements - successful Candidate will have:

* Excellent german language skills
* Outstanding Perl Know How
* Solid understanding of OTRS architecture
* Experienced in developing OTRS modules
* Good working knowledge of directories (LDAP) and 
  relational databases (in particular: MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
* Solid technical understanding of modern web applications: AJAX,
  JSON, Java Script, HTML
* Experienced in administration of linux based systems
* Strong customer-focus and results orientation
* Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
