Release Note: FAQ Module 1.5.3 (OTRS 2.3) & FAQ Module 1.3.3 (OTRS 2.2)

We are proud to announce the new patch level releases for 
FAQ Module 1.5.3. (requires OTRS 2.3) as well as 
FAQ Module 1.3.3. (requires OTRS 2.2).

Fixed bugs:
==========

OTRS FAQ Module 1.5.3 (OTRS 2.3):

* Bug #3356 - Old FAQ articles lost new lines after upgrade.

* Bug #3359 - HTML should have been converted to plain text 
              when using FAQ articles in phone or email tickets.

OTRS FAQ Module 1.3.3 (OTRS 2.2):

* Bug #2897 - FAQ::Default::State: did not work.

* Bug #1718 - FAQ Module inserted new lines (br) inside 
              html-tags.

Enhancements:
=============

OTRS FAQ Module 1.5.3 (OTRS 2.3):

* FAQ-Import: FAQ articles can now be imported as CSV files 
  with a new script ( bin/FAQImport.pl ). New categories will 
  be created on the fly.
* New FAQ link: A FAQ link (like in the views 'New phone/email 
  ticket') can be shown in AgentTicketNote and other views, e.g.
  AgentTicketOwner. It can be configured in the the sysconfig
  where the link should be shown.
* The size of the WYSIWYG editor has been increased (with the 
  former patch level release of FAQ Module 1.5.2)
