Issue after upgrade to 3.1.10

Hi,

Could anyone point me to the right direction?
I am encountering the following errors from the http log

[error] Malformed UTF-8 character (fatal) at c:/OTRS/OTRS/Kernel/cpan-lib/Mail/Address.pm line 69.\n

Anybody who could shed some light on this?
