Nagios e Otrs

Estou tentando realizar a integração entre nagios e otrs e estou tendo
alguns problemas.
No otrs, instalei e configurei o system monitoring.
No nagios configurei o command.cfg e o localhost.cfg para usar os
plugins fornecidos pelo otrs
otrs.NagiosCheck.pl e o NagiosCheck.pm.

Porém no nagios estou recebendo a seguinte mensagem da interface web
Status Information:Service check did not exit properly

Se eu executar o plugin manual no shell, ele funciona.
Estou usando o nagios 3.4, OTRS ITSM 3.2.8 e systemMonitoring 2.4.3
