How invoke RPC.PL from .NET e C#

Hi guys,
I would like to use the RPC.PL endpoints in my OTRS 3.0.10 to create 
tickets remotely.
The client platform is .NET  and language is C #, exist a .NET version 
of SOAPLite library?  Does anyone have examples?
