[OTRS]ITSM Change Management Control Function

I'm Atsushi Kanno , from Japan

I'm also so new to OTRS and this distribution list.

 

I'm evaluating the OTRS for controlling ITSM processes.

But I'm thinking this Change activities recording function is a little poor.

 

For example, we don't have easy function to look over each change history
about authentication.

Have you discussed about this kind of issues already?
