Re: Replacement of "/etc/init.d/otrs" for systemd

Please don’t build in too much Linux-specific stuff here – some of us run OTRS on Solaris/AIX or other Unixes, and systemd doesn’t (and hopefully, won’t ever) exist there.  Init compatibility mode seems like the best compromise.
