Versioning and Object link of ConfigITEMs.

Hi all,

I have some questions about operation methods on ITSM ConfigItem.
I'm puzzled that shows a different behavior when modifying items like below.

When modifying values with their names, version of item has increased every
time.
But create/remove links with files and or other items, version of item
keeps former one, NOT increases.

And create/remove links has a problem for insensitivity of linked object
has exists or not on that period.
- "Create links" has effects also to absent period.
- "Remove links" cancels all period including the actually present time
period.

It should be modified them, I think.
So, I want to let the opinion.
