First we want to get basic customer data like email, phone number and = address from Nav. Secondly but more important are the customer support = contracts. So when a customer writes a ticket, we want so see which of our devices = they are using and which support contract is enclosed. All of this information is currently stored in DynamicsNav. =20 Is it possible to connect DynamicsNav with OTRS and how am I able to do = this? =20 Best regards ( http://dict.leo.org/ende/index_en.html#/search=3Dregards&searchLoc=3D0&re= sultOrder=3Dbasic&multiwordShowSingle=3Don) , Robin Klussmann --=__PartC6F1912A.1__= Content-Type: text/html; charset=US-ASCII Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Content-Description: HTML

<META content=3D"text/html; charset=3Dutf-8" http-equiv=3DContent-Type> <META name=3DGENERATOR content=3D"MSHTML 11.00.9600.18015">
<BODY style=3D"FONT: 10pt Segoe UI; MARGIN: 4px 4px 1px"> <P class=3DMsoNormal style=3D"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; LINE-HEIGHT: normal"><SP= AN lang=3DEN-US style=3D'FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Segoe UI","sans-ser= if"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; = mso-fareast-language: DE'>Hello,<?xml:namespace prefix =3D "o" ns =3D = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
<P class=3DMsoNormal style=3D"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; LINE-HEIGHT: normal"><SP= AN lang=3DEN-US style=3D'FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Segoe UI","sans-ser= if"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; = mso-fareast-language: DE'>We are planning to change our customer support = system and are looking forward to get a ticket system. </= P> <P class=3DMsoNormal style=3D"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; LINE-HEIGHT: normal"><SP= AN lang=3DEN-US style=3D'FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Segoe UI","sans-ser= if"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; = mso-fareast-language: DE'>But our decision is depending on how much = information we can get from our current system Microsoft DynamicsNav = (latest update) into the system.
<P class=3DMsoNormal style=3D"MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt; LINE-HEIGHT: normal"><SP= AN lang=3DEN-US style=3D'FONT-SIZE: 10pt; FONT-FAMILY: "Segoe UI","sans-ser= if"; mso-fareast-font-family: "Times New Roman"; mso-ansi-language: EN-US; = mso-fareast-language: DE'>First we want to get basic customer data like = email, phone number and address from Nav.
