Hello Sepp,

if you use that in the Customer Interface, it will correctly point to =
customer.pl. To link from Agent to Customer Interface, I=E2=80=99d use =
something like

[% ENV(=C2=BBBaselink=C2=AB).replace(=E2=80=9Aindex\.pl=E2=80=98 , =
=E2=80=9Acustomer.pl=E2=80=98 ) %] (ignore the typographical signs =
please)
