current spanish traslation

 Hi,
    i update the spanish traslation according to de.pm taked from cvs
  $Id: de.pm,v 1.29 2003/05/19 17:23:22 martin Exp $
  
 The traslation was send to Martin , as i have no write access to cvs.
 
  Some notes:
  
    On de.pm there are some wrongs key values for the hash:
  'Change user settings'
  'Change group settings'
  
  Should be:
  'Change User settings'
  'Change Group settings'
  
  
  Beside i propose on the english version use the terms:
  'clients' and 'agents' to mark a difference between 'System users' and
  'Customer Users'.
