After thinking over it again, it's not entirely clear to me if you refer
to notification names itself (e.g. Tr::Agent::AddNote) or to the content
of the note templates.

The name itself can't be changed, because it is used to locate the
appropriate template depending on the configured language and the performed
action. The content can (and should) be customized, that's the intention
of these templates.
