[Fwd: Encoding problem in Persian Language]

Dear Friends,

I received Mr. Afshar email and check this problem in new OTRS

I got screen shots for better description.

Language is Persian and Encoding is UTF-8

When an Agent create new ticket or track it, He/She has to insert or
change new status and comment on the tickets.

In below sample agent has been opened a ticket and is going to comment
it (In Persian Language ).

and after submitting the comment, agent reopen the ticket and following
view appears.

I think this problem may be common in input encoding in new OTRS.
