Question marks is displayed when restoring database backup

Hi there,

When I restored a database backup to a new machine, all text stored in
database like ticket subject etc is displayed as question marks. I restored
this backup in some other machines but everything was OK. My text language
is Persian (Farsi) and I'm using MS SQL Server on Windows. Any help would be
appreciated.
