How to translate or update OTRS/ITSM to Persian (Farsi)?

Hi everybody,

I'm Persian (Farsi) user of OTRS and I'm ready to update/translate OTRS and
ITSM modules into my language Persian (Farsi). But don't know where to
begin. I already have worked with OTRS and ITSM for 2 years now and have
made some modifications in my installation about language.

Please help!
