Updated Dutch translation

Hi all,

Please find attached an update of the Dutch OTRS translation, as well as new
translation files for the FAQ and ITSM modules.

I have a 'geheimtip' for anyone wanting to work on the ITSM translations;
there is a model translation of ITIL terms in lots of languages available on
this website:

Using this model translation will improve the usability of your local
translation and will ensure that OTRS users that achieved ITIL certification
in their local language will recognize the acronyms and defenitions used in
the ITIL training in OTRS::ITSM, lowering the learning curve for OTRS.

I've also used it as a reference for Dutch words in the ITSM module
tranlsation. The drawback is that the use requires the inclusion of the
following notices in the OTRS product; but as ITIL is a registered trademark
and such, this might be a good thing to do anyway:

   - *ITIL Glossaries/Acronyms © Crown Copyright Office of Government
   Commerce. Reproduced with the permission of the Controller of HMSO and the
   Office of Government Commerce." *

* - to acknowledge OGC's trade marks, by featuring the relevant trade mark
acknowledgement statement(s) on the Material from those shown below: *

   - *"ITIL ® is a Registered Trade Mark, and a Registered Community Trade
   Mark of the Office of Government Commerce, and is Registered in the U.S.
   Patent and Trademark Office". *
