Hi Ana, This mailing list is meant for translation issues, and not for general issues with OTRS. For that, you could best use [email protected] - and you can subscribe at http://lists.otrs.org With regards to your issue: it seems like you have customized the ticket states. If so, you should also adjust Admin > SysConfig > Ticket > Core::Postmaster > PostmasterDefaultState to the new state you have created for 'new'.
