Hi all, I just wrote a small blog post about some basic steps that every software should go ahead to be compatible with Persian. I've linked to a Perl module that can be used by OTRS for converting Persian (Jalali) and Gregorian calendar to each other. Anyone who want to localize OTRS into Persian may be interested in the post.
