german translations for beta3

Hello,

I expect someone else worked on the a german translation for beta3.
Attached my work. It is not complete but I thin it is a big step towards 
a useful translation.
Nevertheless I think the german version from cvs contain some 
translation that have to be reworked.
May be it is possible to have different translations with different 
styles of speech.
I prefer a more "understandable style" which means that words should not 
be too much IT oriented.
For example the word queue is not translated - but this word is not used 
in normal german speech.
As proper translation I would suggest "Warteschlange" or a bit more 
specific "Auftragsliste" or more neutral "Ticketliste".
or  - to give it back the meanign of queue - "Ticketschlange".
The stylish "Dashboard" is just an overview "Übersicht".

Another point. Some texts are not translated even if they are in the 
list. How can this be managed or fixed?
