I agree ;-).

OK. Henning did give me the hint how to configure a personal flavor by 
using the "de_custom.pm" file.
This will easily prevent an endless discussion about terms.

May be someone can have a look at the search icon in the main menu. The 
hint still is "Search" even the word is in the list of translations.
Other hints are translated correctly.

A more technical question:
Many settings in the admin section use english terms. If the settings 
are more or less labels or items displayed in selection lists, will they 
be translated?
