Мы начали внедрять otrs у себя на конторе и я по мере возможности
начал обновлять русификацию, хотя на конторе используется только
английский язык :). Кое-где поправил/поменял твой перевод. Надо как-то
организовать совместную работу.
Может что-то вроде http://www.transifex.net. Правда не смотрел, может
ли он такие файлы переводить.
