I don't think OTRS currently has any tools setup for cooperative work.
 However, if they're interested in getting one, I know
TranslateWiki.net[0] is a great tool.  (That's where the interfaces
for Wikipedia, Wikia, StatusNet, and a few other projects are
translated.)

I'm sure TranslateWiki would love to add OTRS to their list of
supported projects too. :-)
