Russian translation

Hello again. Here is a new version of russian translation file based on 
rev. 1.101 from CVS.

What's done:
- translation for "responsible" feature;
- several labels in "link object" dialog translated;
- corrected my own mistake with "bulk" word translation;
- search dialog cosmetic changes;
- few other changes.

TODO:
- translation for "watcher" feature;
- we don't use customer portal, could be enough work there.

Martin, please include it into main tree.
