Re: Updated Norwegian Translation

Since Eirik just beat me to it, here is yet another updated nb_NO.pm. I 
have made some additional changes besides the ones Eirik just sent - 
some changes that we have been discussing with regards to consistency in 
the translations (particularly using the same terminology everywhere for 
"notifications" and "customer interface"), and some minor typos etc. 
corrected.

There were also a few more strings in my local version that I have 
translated recently that was not in Eirik's file, so this version has a 
few more translations - unfortunately there aren't that many, so I doubt 
the percentages will rise that much, but I guess every little bit helps...
