Hello OTRS L18N Admin, We have been able to translate OTRS from English to Hindi using Default Framework Translation File, following the instructions for localization. Pls find the translated file for your approval. We have referred es.pm while translating. We have tried to ignore the translation wherever it is instructed NOT to translate. Appreciate if you can review and let us know if it is ready to be published pls. Thanks.
