thank you very much for your contribution, we just added the zh_cn.pm
file to OTRS. A colleague of mine will soon take care of the ITSM files.

Regarding the question in your other email: Just use the latest released
version if you can as it has the latest state of the translation file.

which advises you to take the recent one from CVS, but to do that you
need to know the right branch to use (currently rel-3_0).
