New translation of OTRS frontend (hr.pm - Croatian)

Hi all,

Croatian translation is mostly done, and I would like to submit it for
review and inclusion in next release of OTRS 3.x.

I also plan to maintain the translation at least for about the period of
one year so I will ask what is the best way to make my contribution? Is
there some code repository which I would access to make changes to the
translation module, how to track and integrate new strings that need to
be translated and so.
