update ITSM zh_CN files

Hi list,

I update some ITSM languare files.

How does this will be merge to a new version?

I am not sure if I start to reveiw the newest version, all my works are
alreday in there. I wont do duplicate work.

How do I avoid duplicate work?

I think otrs team will consolidate everyones work.
