Wrong order of First/Last Name in CJK.

Hi,

I doesn't know where to post.


General that the name order becomes Last/First name in CJK
locale.

Any other (OTRS default): First/Last
CJK locale's name order:  Last/First

However, there is no option to which it is changed on
OTRS. 
I think that the option to swap First/Last name is
necessary.
