Lithuanian translation for OTRS 3.0.6

Hi,

I have just finished translating OTRS to Lithuanian language based on
German language files (as recommended in instructions).
This was a hell of a lot of work, but I'm happy to submit it :)

Core, calendar, login and web installer is translated. Only the most
important parts of SysConfig are translated.

I did my best not to leave any syntax errors and make the translation as
understandable as possible. Updates may follow if I'll notice any bad
translations.

Contributions are very welcome.

I hope to see Lithuanian language in the nearest OTRS update :)
