Many thanks, I checked the file in source control and it will be in the 
next release of the FAQ module. If you want to modify the file, please 
download the file from CVS here: 
http://source.otrs.org/viewvc.cgi/FAQ/Kernel/Language/ru_FAQ.pm?view=log 
and send the modifications to this list.
